PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a brake master cylinder of an automobile is provided to produce goods having an excellent mechanical nature with a low price and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a brake master cylinder of an automobile comprises the steps of:a material cutting step that is cutting an aluminum material for a master cylinder molding use by the stated size using a cutting device; a material heating step that is heating to mix a liquid and a solid equally by 550-600°C using an induction heating apparatus; a material injecting step that is injecting the heated material into a preheated metal mold; a material pressing step that is pressing the material using a press; a solidifying and abstracting steps that is solidifying the material and abstracting the material using an ejector; and a chilling step.
