PURPOSE: A polymerized yellow soil foot pad is provided to treat a fever and a poisonous disease by a physical property of yellow soil such as projecting a remote infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A foot pad forming a fiber layer on a foaming layer for forming a bottom contains:a yellow soil polymerized foaming layer(10) composed of 40-50 wt% of yellow soil powder obtained by drying and pounding yellow soil, 35-45 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate, and 1-5 wt% of other adhesives; a fiber layer(20) shaped on the yellow soil polymerized foaming layer; and plural small holes(30) punched on the yellow soil polymerized foaming layer.
