PURPOSE: A method for allotting a best suitable orthogonal function code is provided to minimize an interference between each mobile station though multiple paths and improve a noise rate of a signal band. CONSTITUTION: A method for allotting a best suitable orthogonal function code comprises: an optional base station setting a synchronization to each mobile station signal through multiple paths; presuming channels of every orthogonal function codes of each synchronized mobile station for yielding a best suitable orthogonal function code; and allotting the best orthogonal function code to a corresponding mobile station.
