DRY FILM ABLATION DEVICE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A dry film ablation device of a plasma display panel manufacturing system is provided to be applied the partition manufacturing equipment to remove the dry film without damage of a partition material in a PDP manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A dry film ablation device comprises: an ablation tub(520) to ablate the dry film using a shower to spray the detaching solution toward the panel via a nozzle after using a dipping to dip the panel(410) into the detaching solution; a pure water shower tub(530) to remove the detaching solution by spraying the pure water to the panel; a pure water rinse tub(540) to remove the detaching solution remained on the panel passed through the pure water shower tub; and a drying tub(550) to dry the panel.
