PURPOSE: A brake by wire system of a vehicle is provided to deliver the braking power generated when the brake is operated to a brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises:a brake pedal(12) connected to a rotating shaft; a first motor(11) rotating by the rotating power corresponding to the input current value and supplying a certain repulsive power as real braking power when the brake pedal is operated; an encoder(13) operated by the operation of the brake pedal and to measure the backlashing angular degrees of the rotating shaft; a pedal interface circuit(10) having a first motor driving unit to supply the current value corresponding to the first control current value to the first motor; a central processing unit(20) to output the second control current value corresponding to the backlashing angular degrees of the encoder and to output the first control current value corresponding to the input inverse current value; and a wheel brake device(30) consisting of a backlashing current sensing unit to sense the inverse current value generated in second motor.
