PURPOSE: A circuit for driving a switched reluctance motor is provided to reduce a noise according to fast reduction of wire current. CONSTITUTION: In the circuit, a capacitor(10) smoothens input alternative current source, and supplies the smoothened direct current source. A gate driver outputs a gate drive signal for rotating a motor according to a rotator position signal. A first switching device(SA), winded wire and a second switching device(SA') are serially connected together, and are connected in parallel to the capacitor(10). Anode of a first diode is connected to the contact between the winded wires and the first switching device(SA). Cathode of the first diode is connected to a side of the capacitor(10). Anode of a second diode is connected to the other side of the capacitor(10). Cathode of the second diode is connected to the contact between the winded wires and the second switching device(SA'). A first and second capacitors(C1, C2) are connected to the first and second diodes.
