PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to effectively alarm low voltage of battery to a user. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a sensing part(20), a number input part(30), a frequency converter(40), a microcomputer(50), a vibration part(60), an amplification part(70) and a band pass filter(80). The sensing part(20) senses voltage of a battery. The number input part(30) generates a number signal according to number inputs of user's hand phone and wireless caller from a keypad. The frequency converter(40) outputs a number data according to the number signal from the number input part(30). The microcomputer(50) stores the number data from the frequency converter(40), and outputs a vibration signal according to the stored number data when battery voltage is lower than a reference voltage. The vibration part(60) vibrates according to the vibration signal from microcomputer(50) so that call signals for the numbers of hand phone and wireless caller are outputted. The amplification part(70) amplifies the call signals from the vibration part(60). The band pass filter(80) performs a filtering to eliminate a noise from the amplified call signals, and transmits the filtered signal.
