PURPOSE: A bean curd machine is provided to produce bean curd by putting in the raw bean directly without soaking. CONSTITUTION: A bean curd machine comprises: a washing part(4) to remove alien substances(3) included in the raw bean; a grinding part(13) to grind the unsoaked raw bean; a smashing part(29) to finely smash the firstly ground raw bean after soaking; and a soy oil extraction part(51) to separate the soy oil(49) and the dregs(50) from the bean fluid finely smashed.
