PURPOSE: A production method of a pneumatic oil fence is provided by producing an adhesive typed oil fence which has longer life and higher air tightness and higher solidity. CONSTITUTION: The oil fence(1) is composed of a synthetic fabric(11), an air boom(13) made of different materials(14), rubber(12)(12') which combines the left side synthetic fabric(11) and the right side synthetic fabric(11') and the space(S) provided over and below the different materials and skirt(20) attached to the base of the main body.
