PURPOSE: A sudden accelerator preventing apparatus is provided to make driving and starting safely. CONSTITUTION: A sudden accelerator preventing apparatus comprises the steps of:turning off starting and outputting a voice message by intercepting main electric power of an ignition switch if it is the same after comparing a set RPM to an input RPM for less than 10 seconds after starting; turning off starting and outputting a voice message when the wheel of a car moves at the less than 2 seconds after starting; turning off starting and outputting a voice message by intercepting main electric power of an ignition switch if it is the same after comparing the set RPM to the input RPM for less than 10 seconds when starting after stopping for a second while driving.
