PURPOSE: A lamp using a flat luminous body for a vehicle is provided to indicate a driving condition of a driving vehicle to an outside by selectively supplying an electric source to a lamp unit according to an operation of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A lamp using a flat luminous body for a vehicle comprises:a fluorescent substance(31) provided by mixing luminous materials and hardening into a plate shape; an electric conductive layer(32) bonded on the upper end of fluorescent substance after mixing an Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) metal having a high conductivity; an upper plate PET film(33) formed on the upper end of the electric conductive layer with a transparent coating treatment for the luminous material being seen; and a silk printing film(34) deposited on the upper end of the upper plate PET film by using a silk printing method after color combination of desired colors.
