PURPOSE: A gas-circuit breaking device by a gas apparatus is provided to show the safe function by immediately corresponding to the abnormal state by always sensing the state of a gas-supplying flow. CONSTITUTION: The gas-circuit breaking device by a gas apparatus comprises:a flow measuring piece(1) for generating a flow signal by sensing the gas flow; a flow-state detecting piece(2) for analyzing the gas flow and the changed gas-flow signal to generate a data signal at a real time; and a timer(7) for measuring a certain time interval when a gas flows in the gas-flow measuring piece(1).
