PURPOSE: The sense amp is made to assure the reliability of operation by a stable feedback loop regardless of the change of process and to make the lay out profitable by making the device occupation area with the reduction of the number of circuit construction devices. CONSTITUTION: The sense amp is characterized by comprising: a pull-up switching device(41, 42) to pull up an R-Bit line and an R-Bit B line respectively; a driving device(44, 45) driving the pull-up switching device by feedback of the level of the R-Bit line and R-Bit B line; and a latch unit to maintain the level state of the R-Bit line and the R-Bit B line.
