PURPOSE: A transmission manipulation device is provided to prevent the parts of the transmission from damage by a forced operation of an assistant operation device and to lengthen the durable life of the transmission. CONSTITUTION: A transmission manipulation device comprises:a sensor(30) to sense the position where a pedal(22) is stepped on to completely control a clutch; and a control valve(32) to feed the air pressure from the air pressure source to the air assistant operation device(24) when the position of the pedal is sensed.
