PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make finishing satisfactory even in the case of continuous cooking by controlling a heating means based on a heating pattern determined by input data from an input means for inputting the kind of cooking or the like, temperature in the oven estimated by an arithmetic means and room temperature from a temperature detecting means. SOLUTION: An operator opens the door of an oven 1, puts in food materials, selects the input data such as the kind of cooking and amount out of a menu through an input means 8 or performs key input and presses a start button. The room temperature is detected by a temperature detecting means 5 and the temperature in the oven is estimated. The heating pattern is determined while referring to a look-up table 9. Next, a control means 11 heats the food materials while controlling a heating element 2a and a blower 2b of a heating means 2 according to this determined heating pattern. When all the processes of the heating pattern are completed, heating is stopped, first cooking is completed and the preparation of second cooking is started.
