PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reproduce operation condition videos which cannot be actually taken, to eliminate the breaks of the videos even if cyclic video reproduction is carried out and to reduce the cost of a system. SOLUTION: A control processing section 21 acquires the video data name and reproduction information reproduced from a reproduction management data storage section 16 by the video control instruction given via an input section from a control computer 4 and transmits this data name and the information to a data management processing section 22. The data management processing section 22 reads actually taken video data 13 or processed video data 14 from a video storage section 12 and transmits the data to the control processing section 21. The control processing section 21 hands the video data and a start position to the reproduction processing section 23 to a reproduction processing section 23 by using the reproduction information of the reproduction management data storage section 16 as well. The reproduction processing section 23 executes cyclic video reproduction from the actually taken video data 13 read out of the video storage section 12, the processing video data 14 and the reproduction information and transmits the data to a display management section 9. This display management section 9 outputs the inputted videos to a display device 2 which displays the videos.
