PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for inspection of electrical component which can cope with the high accuracy of an electrode terminal of the electrical component with the low cost. SOLUTION: A contact member 12 comprises a first contact member 20 formed by mounting the independent contact terminals 22 which can be independently contacted with the predetermined electrode terminals among a number of electrode terminals of an electrical component 1, on one surface of a film substrate 21 made of an insulating material, and a second contact member 30 formed by mounting a common contact terminal 32 made of a conductive rubber member and contactable with a number of electrode terminals 4 of the electrical component 1, on one surface of a conductive substrate 31 extended along the arrangement direction of a number of electrode terminals 4 of the electrical component 1. |
