PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a rapid separation analysis which is simple in operation. SOLUTION: For this analytical method, a sample is sent into a first column together with an eluate, to thereby separate guanidino compounds from other components, and the first column for separating into respective guanidino compounds and the guanidino compounds which are not completely separated in the first column are sent into a cascaded second column together with the eluate via a passage switching means, to thereby separate into respective guanidino compounds and to detect them by respective detector.
