PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having high capacity and using a composite polymer electrolyte superior in charge and discharge characteristic. SOLUTION: As a polymer electrolyte 3 containing an electrolytic solution, a composite polymer obtained by mixing at least one gas permeable polymer selected from polydimethyl siloxane, poly(4-methylpentene-1) and poly(2,6- dimethylphenyleneoxide) to the electrolytic solution is used. The gas permeable polymer is mixed in a ratio of 5-50% by volume with respect to the polymer electrolyte 3. |
