PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception system and a digital receiver which are excellent in operability for both of a providing origin of broadcast and a viewer. SOLUTION: In this system to which plural equipments including one or more digital broadcast receivers 110a are connected with a control bus 10, an equipment data managing part, a charging information managing part to manage charging information and a reception contract managing part to manage information regarding reception contract are installed in the digital broadcast receiver 110a. When the digital broadcast receivers are additionally connected to the system, the contracted reception contract information is acquired from another digital broadcast receiver and a part or all of them are set and imparted to the providing origin of the broadcast. In addition, a use state is inquired from the digital broadcast receiver to the other digital broadcast receiver and is displayed. |
