PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a template for fitting a backup pin wherein the backup pin for holding a substrate where an electronic part is mounted on its single side is easily fitted, a substrate holding jig which uses the fitting template, and a method for fitting the backup pin. SOLUTION: This is a template 1 for fitting a backup pin which is a transparent or translucent sheet wherein the position of an electronic part on a substrate is shown in actual dimension. A label 3 where kind of a substrate is indicated together with that are desired to be one body by laminating while sealed. In addition, the fitting template 1, the backup pin, and the backup plate constitute a substrate holding jig. The fitting template 1 is used as a mark indicating the position of an electronic part on the substrate, for confirming the fitting position of the backup pin at fitting. |
