PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for digital contents copyright management which automatically generate copyright and circulate it to generate a copyright and its royalty on primary, secondary, ..., and n-order changes and a storage medium storing a digital contents copyright management program. SOLUTION: This method generates copyright condition data, which consists of additional data and charging data which prescribes the royalty generated for change, and copyright history data specifying primary, secondary, ..., and n-order copyrights (S1) and generates a change license user condition statement, where copyright condition data and copyright history data are incorporated, for changed digital contents (S2) and circulates this statement. |
