PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start and end processes at specified time and to obtain a process started at specific time and a process generated from the process by separating the user name or process name and end date and time of an inputted process specifying character string and storing them respectively. SOLUTION: An input character storage means 211 separates the process specifying character string and end day and time and stores the end day and time in a day and time storage part 221 and the process specifying character string in a process specifying character storage part 222. A time actuation part 212 obtains the end day and time from the day and time storage part 222, performs a waiting process up to the time, and executes a next all-process detecting means 213 at the time. The all-process detecting means 213 operates at the specified end day and at the specified time and the current all-process information is obtained by a process process part 11 and stored in an execution process information storage part 223. A corresponding process extracting means 214 obtains information on one process from the execution process information storage part 223.
