<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability with simple constitution by simultaneously obtaining plural informations by plural information obtaining means, integrally housing them in a 1st storage means and compressing the integrated information to store in a 2nd storage means. SOLUTION: A 1st switch 34 is conducted to the side of a contact point 34a by the control of a control part 39, and 1st packet data are written into a 1st frame memory 31. In the 1st frame memory 31, picture data are formed for each camera by an integrating means 37. The side of a contact point 35a of a 2nd switch 35 is conducted by control of the control part 39, and the 1st packet data are compressed to the MPEG2 system, etc., by a 1st encoder controlled with the control part 39 and written into a memory card 5 mounted to a connection part 30e. A 2nd packet data picked up by each camera part are transmitted to the 1st switch 34 passing through a connection part 30d, and by the control part 39, the data are recorded on the memory card after the continuous compression of the data by controlling the 1st, 2nd switches 34 and 35.</p> |
