PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover and a cap with a leakage preventing valve for preventing the leakage of liquid even when a container is overturned by opening the valve when the cover is closed and closing it upon removal or looseness of the cover in its half opening state. SOLUTION: An outflow preventing device comprises a cover 2 on which a sound absorbing tube 7 with a discharge valve incorporated is mounted on a cover main body 3 and a valve body 13 having a valve seat 14 and a pivotal support 15 in a cap main body 11 which are fixed to each other. A valve disk 18 is urged from its back by a support arm 26 with a pressure plate 25 and a kick spring 28. A cap 10 with a leakage preventing valve having a sealing part formed by the valve disk 18 and the valve seat 14 is combined with the cover 2. Thus, when the cap 10 is closed by the cover 2, the end of the sound absorbing tube presses the valve disk 18 to open the leakage preventing valve and close it upon removal or looseness in a half opening state of the cap. |
