PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing the step-cut of an electrode wiring, with a simple process. SOLUTION: By patterning a laminated semiconductor layer of such a structure, a p-type clad layer and an n-type clad layer are provided above and below a p-type active layer provided on a semiconductor substrate 1, LED light- emitting parts 2-1 to 2-192 are formed, while an electrode stage part 5 separated from an LED light-emitting part 2 by a narrow electrode stage separating groove 7 is formed along an LED light-emitting part array. Then a fluid source is coated and cured to form an insulating flattening layer. Then, a p-side electrode wiring 3-k is so formed as to extend from the upper part of an LED light-emitting part 2-k to the upper part of the electrode stage part 5 via the separating groove 7 filled with the insulating flattening layer. The fluid source is likely to accumulate in the narrow separating groove 7 to flatten the separating groove 7, so that the step which a p-side electrode wiring 3 goes over is smaller, thus preventing the step-cut of a p-side electrode wiring 3. |
