PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute conversion processing efficiently while enhancing the precision of A/D conversion. SOLUTION: First and second A/D converters 11, 12 are 10-bit A/D converters and convert an analog signal into a digital signal at any time and give the digital signal to a CPU 15. The 1st A/D converter 11 applies A/D conversion to an analog signal whose voltage is between 1st and 2nd reference voltages (0-5 V). A 3rd reference voltage (1.25 V) is applied to a ch5 of the A/D converter 11 and the A/D converted value is stored in a memory as a correction value. The 2nd A/D converter 12 applies A/D conversion to an analog signal whose voltage is between 2nd and 3rd reference voltages (0-1.25 V). The A/D converted value by the 2nd A/D converter 12 is corrected by using the corrected value resulting from A/D converting the 3rd reference voltage. In this case, the A/D conversion required for the correction is enough to be executed only once.
