PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability. SOLUTION: A support post 1d is mounted near a through hole 1b of a frame 1. An earthing pad 2b is mounted on a substrate 2 on a position opposite to the through hole 1b. A spring hook portion 4a is mounted on a card discharge board 4. A discharging spring 3 comprises a 180 degree bent portion 3a mounted around an outer periphery of the support post 1d and a 90 degree bent portion 3b having the dimension difference A to the 180 degree bent portion 3a. In assembling, a side opposite to the 180 bent portion 3a of a spring portion 3c of the discharging spring 3 is fitted in the spring hook portion 4a fitted in the through hole 1b, and the 180 degree bent portion 3a of the discharging spring 3 is mounted so as to wrap around the support post 1d.
