PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt-like electrophotographic photoreceptor generating no crack even when driven by a small diameter roller, having an excellent photoelectric characteristic and capable of forming a faithful and beautiful image. SOLUTION: In an endless belt-like photoreceptor 1 by forming an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transport layer in order on a conductive support, the endless belt-like electrophotographic photoreceptor has the electric charge transport layer containing an electric charge transport substance having mobility not less than 2.0×10-6 cm2/V.S in an electric field of 3.6×105 V/cm at 25 deg.C in the composition of polycarbonate of 100 pts.wt. and an electric charge transport substance of 70 pts.wt. and containing a binder resin by 59.0 wt.% or more, and has at least one driven by a roller having a diameter not more than 30 mm.
