PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data file of a list system, where the data item of an arbitrary size is set in an arbitrary position and data is inputted to the display position in a data record constituted of a plurality of data items. SOLUTION: Data is updated and an update object record is changed in accordance with a part of the data inputted to a data input part 1. A record display part 2 receives a plotting instruction from the data input part 1 and plots data. A data access part 3 receives requests from the data input part 1 and the record display part 2, and refers to or updates record data of a record data 4. Record data 4 stores and holds record data except for position information of an input parts group 7. Vertical/horizontal relative position in the record of the input parts group 7 and the sizes of the inputted parts are stored and held in position data 5. They are used at the time of moving the input parts and obtaining the display position of data in the record display part 2.
