PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a chip area with the reduction of the number of elements and to execute a stable operation. SOLUTION: A first bias circuit is formed of P-type MOSFET 11 and 12 and N-type MOSFET 13 and 14. A second bias circuit is formed of P-type MOSFET 15 and 16 and N-type MOSFET 17 and 18. The second bias circuit is totally independent of the route of an AC input signal Vin. When the first bias circuit receives the output of the second bias circuit, it operates and outputs reference voltage V1, the reference voltage V1 is not affected by the change of the AC input signal Vin. Thus, a signal input circuit stably operates.
