The assembly (10) comprises a cardboard box with multiple air vents (23) and a pair of cutout handles (21,22). The box contains a number of insulating blocks that are used to surround the bottle of liquid and insulate its contents from rapid changes of climate. A bottle may be easily inserted in the gap created by the insulating blocks.
