PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control that the time needed from a print request to an actual printing processing has no extreme difference and to efficiently use a network printer by deciding whether or not a set wait time is exceeded in combination with the setting of priority level and reflecting the decision result on the determination of execution order. SOLUTION: A queue registration time in a queue 14 is compared with the current time and when the specified wait time is exceeded, spool file information is taken in a spool management module 13 irrelevantly to the priority level to read in the corresponding spool file, thereby sending a print request out to a print module 15. When spool file information having exceeded the set wait time is not present in the queue 14, spool file information set to the priority level in the spool information in the queue 14 is taken in the spool management module 13 to reads the corresponding spool file in, thereby sending a print request out to the print module 15.
