SOLUTION: The integrated panel 1 is designed in advance to transmit installation data of a speaker line L to the voice alarming device 2. On the other hand, when the voice alarming device 2 receives the installation data of the speaker line L, it stores these installment data. After this, referring to the stored installment data of the speaker line L, it has the voice alarm outputted through the speaker line L corresponding to a fire sensor S which issues a fire alarm.
