PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient acoustic effect by forming the entire shape as a flat plate of an openable body and cover and using the cover opened from the body. SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed of a flat plate-like body 2 and flat plate-like cover 3 which is disposed at the rear end thereof rotatably around a shaft and has approximately the same size as the body 2. When the cover 3 is closed to the body 2, it shows approximately a flat plate shape on the whole, the body 2 contains a CD player 4 and MD player 5 at the front end, the cover 3 contains a pair of speakers 9, 10 at the right and left sides, separate hooks are provided on the opposite faces of the body 2 and cover 3 besides hooks 15, 16, a shaft for opening/closing the body 2 and cover 3 is removably constituted, the four hooks and shaft are utilized to couple and integrate the cover 3 with the body 2, and the cover 3 is removed from the body 2 as a separate unit and electrically connected to the body 2 through a removable adequate cable.
