The main cushion(11) of the headrest structure incorporates a rod(13) rigidly fitted on both its sides. The rod has a non-circular section(14) to which are attached the side cushions(2) by one end. Each side cushion has a frame(22) covered by a soft material(23). Each side cushion extends in one direction at an angle of 80-100 degrees in relation to the longitudinal axis of the main cushion. An extension piece(25) is telescopically housed in each side cushion and is movable in the direction of the side cushion's extent.
