When employing the proposed process the plastics containing PVB and residual matters are cleaned, physically treated and auxiliary substances are added thereto. Then they are subjected to pressure and heat, formed and subsequently they are subjected to filtration. In such away a plastic secondary product is obtained, whereby in case of forming by making use of an extrusion mechanism those secondary product is represented by an endless flat formation intended for producing foils, boards, covers and the like. In case of flat forming by spreading mixtures of plastics containing PVB, further auxiliary substances with fibers or strands there is obtained a flat or spacious body with water content less than 1 percent by weight that is on its surface provided with matters formed by particles coupled with each other by hydrogen bridges.
