<p>Rigid sandwich structures of plastic material are produced by forming a core of foamed plastic material, and covering this core with a spreadable plastic coating. The core pref. consists of foamed polyurethane or foamed PVC. The plastic coating pref. consists of a polymerisable polyester resin or a polymerisable epoxy resin, and may be reinforced with a fabric or glass fibres.</p> |
