In the present invention there are disclosed derivatives of the general formula I in which the substituents have specific meanings. The claimed pharmaceutical preparations contain as active substances the above indicated derivatives or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates in connection with pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. The invented derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates are used for preparation of medicaments intended for treating inflammations and pains.
