PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic soft sheet excellent in surface hardness, glossiness, transparency and flexibility. SOLUTION: A laminated sheet having an inner layer and the surface layers on both surface sides thereof is formed. In this case, polyolefin with durometer hardness of 60 or more, pref, a propylene polymer with a density of 0.905-0.880 g/cm3 and an MFR of 1-50 g/10 min is used in the surface layers and an ethylene/α-olefin random copolymer with an ethylene unit content of 98-50 wt.%, a density of 0.910-0.860 g/cm3 and an MFR of 1-50 g/10 min pref. polymerized by a metallocene catalyst is used in the inner layer and a laminated soft sheet with tensile modulus of 200 MPa or less and haze of 10% or less can be obtained.
