PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame retardant olefinic resin laminate excellent in water resistance, weather resistance and flame retardance and suitable for outdoor uses of various tents, etc. SOLUTION: This flame retardant olefinic resin laminate is prepared by forming a flame retardant olefinic resin layer comprising (1) 100 pts.wt. olefinic resin, (2) 5-100 pts.wt. flame retardance-imparting agent containing ammonium polyphosphate-based compound and/or (iso)cyanuric acid derivative, (3) 1-60 pts.wt. inorganic flame retardant auxiliary and (4) 0.1-30 pts.wt. one or more kinds of an aziridine-based compound, a carbodiimide-based compound, an oxazoline-based compound, an isocyanate-based compound and a coupling agent on a fibrous base fabric.
