PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polished bar steel product of high straight accuracy by arranging a rotation type pre-correction machine, between a material supplying part and drawing dies, which gives a forced eccentricity to the material. SOLUTION: This continuous reduction machine is provided with a rotary type pre-correction machine 3 between a coil supply stand 1 and a drawing dies 2 as a material supplying part. The pre-correction machine 3 supports a spinner, in which a passage and an exit thereof are formed in a coil delivery direction, rotatably with a bearing. A forced eccentricity to a coil (raw material) is given by the pre-correction machine 3. Between the pre-correction machine 3 and the coil supply stand 1, a lubricant supply device 25 which adheres a powdered lubricant to the coil 23, and a guide roller 26 for guiding the coil 23 are arranged. Between the pre-correction machine 3 and the drawing dies 2, a shot blast device 27 for removing a scale from the coil 23 face being sent from the machine 3 and before putting into the drawing dies 2, and a guide roller 28 are arranged.
