PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply mount a clip to a dash silencer. SOLUTION: A clip 1 is integrally made of plastic material, wherein the clip is formed out of a base part 11 composed of a disc shaped form provided with a through-hole at its center part into which a stud 5 is inserted, a locking pawl 15 to be provided for the through-hole of the base part 11 in such a way as to be engaged with the ridge part 51 of the stud 5 and the like, a spacer part 12 to be provided for the circumference of the through-hole of the base part 11, paired strap shaped arm parts 13 formed in such a way that the tip end sides are widened to the right and left from the circumferential part of the through-hole of the base part 11 while being provided with a folding part 133 formed in such a way as to be folded back to the inner side at the tip end part, and of thin wall shaped hinge part connecting these paired arm parts 13 to be provided for the end parts at the respective center part sides of the paired arm parts 13.
