PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave an address seal to be thrown away together with an envelope heretofore to a mail. SOLUTION: An opening 3a smaller than an address seal 1 for sticking directly the most part of the address seal 1 on a mail inside is opened on an envelope 2a, and for the purpose of making the address seal 1 remain easily on the side of the mail, cutting perforations 4a larger than the address seal are formed thereon.
