PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the required actuation time from the start to end of actuation of a fluid pressure cylinder, to numerically display the required actuation time measured, and to efficiently perform the work of adjusting the required actuation time. SOLUTION: Step drive control is executed by operating the mode selector switch of a control panel for switching to a step drive mode, and an execution step pointer is incremented each time a forward direction switch is operated. During the step of drive control related to a transfer cylinder (S34: Yes), the time from the start of drive of this air cylinder to the input of a detection signal from a position sensor is locked (S35-S37), and this required actuation time and the step number are displayed in correspondence to each other on a display (S38). Therefore, the amount of adjustment is calculated from the set time required for the actuation and a feed regulating valve is adjusted in accordance with the amount of adjustment to simplify the work of adjusting the actuation speed of the transfer air cylinder.
