PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an insert film from being broken even when it is preliminarily molded and enable the film to be easily insetted into a mold by arranging the insert film molded preliminarily in a cavity side part of the mold in such a manner that the insert film is partially in a non-contact state with a cavity shape and bringing the insert film into close contact with the mold by vacuum molding or air pressure forming and further injecting a resin to bond the film to moldings simultaneously with the molding process. SOLUTION: An insert film(IF) 1 is preliminarily molded by a vacuum molding process, an air pressure forming process or the like in such a manner that the IF 1 is at least partially in a non-contact state with a cavity shape, then is arranged in a cavity side part 2, which is, in turn, fixed by a clamp or the like to be subjected to the vacuum molding or the air pressure forming process. Consequently, a gap 3 between the cavity shape and the IF 1 is eliminated by such processes or by heating and both are brought into close contact with each other. Next the mold 2 is clamped and a molding resin such as an acrylic resin or a polystyrene resin is packed into a gap between the IF 1 and a core to fill the void of the mold 2 and open the mold 2. Thus the insert moldings with the IF 1 applied integrally with the moldings are obtained. The film is not broken even when it is preliminarily molded and can be easily fitted to the cavity side part.
