PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material which can decompose pollutants having soaked into the coating film, prevent the occurrence of peeling or blistering at the interface with a substrate coated therewith and decrease the pollutant- soaking phenomenon itself. SOLUTION: A coating film is composed of two-layered UV-curable coating film. A first layer 30 is about 10μm thick and comprises an acrylic resin 30c as an organic binder component and, as additive components dispersed therein, a pigment 30d for coloring, and aluminum powder 30b and mica powder 30a for imparting metallic feeling. A second layer 31 is a transparent layer of about 20μm in thickness and comprises an acrylic resin 31c as an organic binder component. As an additive component is dispersed 10 wt.% (not exceeding 50 wt.%), in terms of solids content, of zinc oxide powder 31a as a photocatalyst. The average particle diameter of zinc oxide is about 0.1μm.
