PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure by transferring the conventional air regulator in an impact wrench to the exhaust port side provided in a handle, together with a regulator bushing. SOLUTION: A regulator bushing 27 is inserted to the lower end of an exhaust port provided to the handle part in an impact wrench, an air regulator 28 which can regulate the exhaust gas amount by rotating it by operating a handle is installed in the regulator bushing 27, and the regulator bushing 27 and the air regulator 28 are regulated by fitting the exhaust port 29 of the regulator bushing 27 and the regulation hole of the air regulator 28 by rotating the handle.
