DIMMING GLASS AND WINDOW USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming glass restrained from degradation discoloring (yellowing) of functional material filled in the dimming glass so as to hardly generate visual defect caused by the discoloring of the material, and to provide a window using the dimming glass. SOLUTION: Plural panes of glass 2 are arranged adjacently parallel with each other. Functional material 4 mainly composed of a water soluble high molecular compound, a nonionic surfactant and/or inorganic electrolyte and water is filled in at least one clearance between the adjacent panes of glass 2, and a synthetic resin film 8 is laminated on at least one glass face facing the functional material 4.
