PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a hologram to one part of a human body to attract attention by a method wherein a Lippmann hologram layer comprises an adherent layer which sticks to a human body. SOLUTION: A volume hologram recording sensitive material is arranged in front of an object, and a laser beam is emitted from the recording sensitive material side. The laser beam transmits the recording sensitive material, hits the object, and generates scattered light. The scattered light and the incident laser beam interfere with each other in the recording sensitive material, and an object Lippmann hologram is recorded in the recording sensitive material. By allowing a laser beam to contain wavelengths of red, green and blue, or by making the three laser beams incident in order, a color hologram can be recorded. For a hologram layer 1, a volume hologram recording sensitive material such as a photopolymer is used, and for an adherent layer 3, a medical adhesive which does not affect a human body, is used.
